The Ministry of Labour heard the concerns of our members and our employees and has granted the AGGA a Ministerial Order to assist us and our employees with respect to overtime hours. The AGGA will be submitting regular membership updates to the Ministry to account for new and lapsed members.

A list of AGGA member greenhouses to which this applies (members that have joined since April are also eligible for the variance) has been sent directly to members.
